This file documents the repair: a per-URL 301 map that put roughly 3,500 monthly clicks back on the books, verified against production on June 10, 2026.

The forensic report
Terp Bros runs its Queens stores under the terpbrosnyc.com domain. After a site migration, the GSC per-URL audit found the number-one page site-wide answering with a hard 404. Every click that page had earned was landing on a dead end.
Bud Authority mapped the broken URLs and shipped a per-URL 301 redirect map in commit 7db8927, verified against the production site on June 10, 2026. The GSC per-URL audit put the recovered traffic at roughly 3,500 clicks per month, restored by pointing every dead URL at its working successor.
The June 10, 2026 verification pass counted 10,067 page-one keywords, cross-checked between Ahrefs and the GSC REST API by a five-agent adversarial audit. The same pass measured LCP at 1.9 seconds and CLS at 0.006. In June 2026 the brand query terp bros held position 1.07 with a 74 percent click-through rate and 3,333 clicks, and three tracked local keywords held position one at the July 1, 2026 Sentinel scan. Google showed 4.8 stars across 1,065 reviews at the June 10, 2026 Places refresh.
